How to take Bi Complex Instant?

It is recommended to take 2 tablets for 3 days. Then take 1 tablet the remaining 4 days. If necessary, you can take 1 tablet every 12 hours for 5 days. Suitable to take with hot water.

Precautions

Do not use in case of taking autoimmune medications (due to Echinacea). In sensitive or allergic people to any component it would be contraindicated.
