Physalis GlucoNem® contains glucosamine, an important component of cartilage. Vitamin C supports collagen formation, which helps maintain healthy joint cartilage. GlucoNem® also contains a high dose of OptiMSM®, hyaluronic acid in the form of sodium hyaluronate (ExceptionHYAL®MW), OVOMET® (a very pure eggshell membrane naturally rich in collagen) and organic silicon extracted from bamboo.

How to take Gluconem bones and joints?

It is recommended to take 3 x 1 tablet per day. Take during meals with a little water.
