Physalis Hair and Nails is a nourishing natural complex that contains zinc in the form of a chelate (maximum bioavailability) that contributes to the beauty and health of hair and nails. Biotin (or vitamin H) and vitamin B6 support protein metabolism, while vitamin C and zinc are involved in protecting cells against free radicals. It also contains organic silicon from bamboo, a type 1 collagen hydrolyzate (Naticol®), L-arginine, MMS and sulfur amino acids L-cystine and L-methionine.

How to take Hair and Nails?

It is recommended to take during meals with a little water or fruit juice.

Precautions

It may contain traces of crustaceans, molluscs and fish. They contain sulfites.
