How to take Libramed?

It is recommended to take 1 sachet of granulated LibraMed before the two main meals, adding 100 ml of water to the content of the sachet (equivalent to half a glass). Mix thoroughly until a good dispersion is obtained and drink immediately. When finished, drink another glass of water.

Considering the high gelling power of the product, it is preferable to drink the drink obtained before the gel is formed.

The product must not be administered directly in the mouth, it must be consumed rigorously after dispersing it in water.
