Optim Memory & Focus from Optim Laboratoire is a food supplement based on extracts of Bacopa monnieri – Brahmi (Bacognize®) and Longvida® curcumin.

Properties and benefits of Optim Memory & Focus

Longvida® curcumin from Optim Memory & Focus has been developed by a group of neuroscientists at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Several scientific studies have shown that the Longvida® formulation increases the bioavailability of curcumin in its active (free) form, capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. A clinical study at Swinburne University showed that Longvida® curcumin significantly improves working memory and reduces mental fatigue.

This proprietary optimized curcumin formula, Longvida Curcumin, does not contain black pepper (or piperine), which in sensitive people can irritate the stomach.

In addition, it is suitable for vegetarians and does not contain gluten, lactose or added sugars. Vegan (Registered with the Vegan Society).

How to take Optim Memory & Focus?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day for the first two weeks, then 1 capsule a day, preferably one hour before food.

Precautions

Since curcumin stimulates the gallbladder, the use of turmeric is contraindicated in people with biliary tract obstruction. In case of liver or gallbladder disease or in case of concomitant use of medications, a doctor should be consulted. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you use concomitant anticoagulants. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
