How to take Theavit Solar?

The skin needs time to prepare and strengthen its defenses against the sun. That is why it is advisable to start taking the capsules 1 month before sun exposure.
General photoprotection for all skin types: 1 capsule per day.
In photodermatoses or very light phototypes: 2 or 3 capsules a day during the period of intense solar radiation.
