Thyro Complex was designed to support thyroid support and was formulated by the well-known Naturopath Martin Budd, ND. It is a synergistic blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and aromatic herbs. The formula includes selenium and iodine, which are minerals that both contribute to the normal functioning of the thyroid, and l-tyrosine, one of the raw materials from which thyroid hormones are manufactured.

How to take Thyro Complex?

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 tablets a day before food, or as instructed.

This product contains vitamin A. Do not exceed 750 µg of vitamin A (as retinol) per day if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, unless advised by a doctor or prenatal clinic. Do not take if you suffer from phenylketonuria (PKU) (phenylalanine). Do not take if you suffer from Wilson’s disease (copper). Consult a doctor if you are taking thiazide diuretics (licorice).
